Who we are
Bakery Louise is a cottage bakery operated by Jamie Lovejoy in the Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline, Washington. This site (bakerylouise.com) is the public home of the bakery.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Contact and custom order forms. Your name, email address, and anything you write in the message or request details. We use this to reply to you about your inquiry.
- Email signup. Your email address, which is added to our Constant Contact mailing list so we can send occasional updates about upcoming bakes.
We do not require accounts, do not process payments on this site, and do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to messages and custom order requests.
- To send bakery updates to people who explicitly subscribed.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Resend — delivers the transactional emails that reach Jamie when you submit a form.
- Constant Contact — stores our newsletter list and sends bakery update emails.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Sanity — stores the page content (text and photos) that powers the site.
Email subscriptions
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing us at jamie@bakerylouise.com.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email jamie@bakerylouise.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted near the top.
