
Our Story
After years of cooking professionally in Minneapolis restaurants and raising a family, I found my way back to my profession through Bakery Louise. What started as testing recipes with my book club girlfriends — my “Super Tasters” — has grown into a very busy weekly bake, and a connection with an ever-growing customer base.
Our menu is varied, including rustic European-style breads, bagels and special holiday loaves, morning sweet and savory pastries, unique seasonal cakes, and celebration cakes. Everything is made by hand in small batches with the highest quality ingredients we can afford, and nothing artificial. We use a super cool oven that was designed for cottage bakeries!
Delicious and nutritious food is at the heart of our daily routine. There isn’t a day that goes by when I’m not planning something to cook or bake based on the season. It brings me joy to share that with my neighbors and the Shoreline community I’ve grown to love.
Meet Jamie

When Jamie isn’t baking, she and her husband are busy following their older kids’ adventures — from dance performances to college updates — plus she enjoys long neighborhood walks, reading, and catching up on sleep.

How Pickup Works
All orders are picked up from our home kitchen in the Richmond Beach neighborhood. When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation with the pick-up address and a reminder of the time window for pick-ups that week. We are usually flexible, and you can write a note on your order if you need to come by outside the time. Timing for a special order is specific to that arrangement. Everything is baked fresh and packed up for an easy hand-off.
